Triton of the Sea - Episode 5

"Farewell to the North Sea"

The Morsejellies call out to Minodarth that Demorla was killed. He
is ticked at Triton for breaking his sleep. Marcus appears and tells
Minodarth that Poseidon is very angry that the Triton girl survived
in the North Sea. He calls the one horned monster Unicon to fight
Triton.

At the seal cove, the seals declare Triton their god(?) for killing
Demorla and put him on Pipi's throne. Triton tells them to stop
joking. Buzzkill Luka tells Triton that they must leave with Pipi
ASAP, and Pipi isn't happy at the concept. She is angry at Triton's
throne-sitting and leaves with one of the seals again. Luka tells
Triton to be more friendly to the little annoyance, and Triton runs
off to a cliff to snarl about Pipi, as Unicon swims below.


Proteus asks Pipi why she isn't playing with Triton, and she tells
him about her feelings about the ceremony. Proteus tells her that
the last 2 Triton have to support each other. Pipi swims off. Luka
tells Proteus that she doesn't like the seals adulating Triton.
Proteus tells Luka of the massacre Minodarth committed with
Unicons and Demorlas. The seals still live in fear, and Proteus
believes that Minodarth will find their cove very soon.

At the frozen ship, Pipi and her friend seal try to figure out
some way to get out of leaving with Triton(?) They figure
something out, and agree not to tell Proteus. Meanwhile, Triton
runs to find Pipi, and when he does, she tells him that Minodarth's
followers are on an island nearby. She tells him that if he defeats
one of Minodarth's monsters, she will go to the south sea with him.
The island turns out to be an illusion when the light of the Oriharucon
shines on it. Buru and Moya tell Triton about the trick, when
suddenly Unicons attack Pipi!

The seals tell Triton it should be easy to defeat Unicon, but he
doesn't want to save someone who lied to him. He eventually
yields and goes after Unico, but cannot catch him. Luka and Proteus
arrive and are appraised of the situation (Luka nags Triton about
not protecting Pipi and he runs off, but changes his mind).

Triton reaches Minodarth's domain and, after fighting off Unicons,
gets lost. He hears Pipi, who is not pleased to see him. Suddenly,
Minodarth breaks through the nearby ice and freezes the surrounding
areas. The heat of the Oriharucon dagger stops Minodarth's ice
breath, but Proteus arrives and orders Triton to leave with Pipi.
Triton leaves with Pipi, screaming as she sees the frozen seals.
Minodarth freezes Proteus and vows that he will never forgive
Triton.

Triton is stopped from returning for Proteus by Luka, and suddenly
the trio see Minodarth emerging from his iceberg. Triton and Luka
drag Pipi away from the North Sea, and Minodarth cannot follow due
to the warmer water. Luka tells Pipi that she may never return to
the North Sea...
