Triton of the Sea - Episode 2...

"The Secret of Triton"

Triton of the Sea is copyright 1972 by Office Academy. This free advertising is an effort by a fan for fans.

Two children go to Ippei, who is staring out at the sea. He talks about the day's catch, but cannot keep the tears from his eyes.

A seahorse materializes at the sea floor, where a bunch of Greek
pillars are. The voice of Baleful Eyes yells, "Triton has returned
to the sea? The sea belongs to Poseidon!" He will turn the oceans
into dark seas and won't spare anyone who gets in his way, yada
yada.

Marcus the seahorse goes to Doriate, who tells him that losing
Salamandara was part of the plan (yeah right). Marcus warns
Doriate not to lose, and teleports away. Cursing, Doriate calls
another monster, and the shadow of a manta ray passes over.
Meanwhile, three dolphins, Ero (glasses), Karu, and Fin (female)
swim through the sea, and Fin leaves to to pursue an odd
gathering of seagulls. [The three of them are not present in 1 shot here].


Swimming through the sea, Triton asks where he is going - he wants to find out the story of his parents.

Luka tells him to be patient. Suddenly, Triton spots some ships. He wants to visit, but Luka
tells him that he is a Triton and shouldn't have anything to do
with land dwellers. Triton tells her that he will make friends with
both those of the land and sea. He swims toward the boat, but is
grabbed by two dolphins, Ero and Karo, and dragged back to Luka.
Triton accuses them of scaring the fishing boats away, but they
refuse to apologize.

Luka says that they must get to Medon as soon as possible. Medon
is a sea turtle who has been waiting for many years with heirlooms
from Triton's parents. As they swim along, they hear the soothing
song of Medon, who dwells near strong whirlpools.
Luka tells Ero and Karo not to follow them to Medon,
and reminds them that they must find Fin.

Swimming through the whirls, Triton and Luka finally reach a small
island. "Where is Medon?" Triton asks. Getting up on the rocks,
Triton is surprised as a head emerges from one side...
