TRITON OF THE SEA Introduction
Above is the opening video from one of my all-time favorite anime series, TRITON OF THE SEA.
The concept for TRITON was originally created by Osamu Tezuka (you should know who he is). The show was directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino (creator of GUNDAM) and produced by Yoshinobu Nishizaki (co-creator of YAMATO).
The series deserves far more attention than it has gotten in the English-speaking world - even without the important people who worked on it, it's a great show in its own right.
